Educational Adventure!

Isabella "Izzy" Lowell is a 2008 Madrona School graduate who is hoping to find her way back to Waldorf School.  Next year I would like to once again immerse myself in Waldorf culture and attend Wynstones Waldorf School located in Gloucestershire, England. I truly feel blessed to have been able to attendMadrona school and look upon the school community not just as friends, but as my family.  I am looking for sponsors and donors and will be setting up a blog to document the whole process, starting with my application and handwritten letter to the school and ending when I return home.  On my blog,"Isabella in England" I will be comparing and contrasting the styles of American and English Waldorf schools, photographing events and updating the contents frequently.  I am hoping that this cultural exchange experience will be inspiring, fun and educational, for me as well as the followers of my blog. I hope to inspire the younger Madrona students to maybe one day follow in my footsteps and try Waldorf abroad. I would love to hear any ideas anyone may have for further fund raising or comments and feedback on my blog.
